In hindsight, Saturday Night Live should have died after More Cowbell
While I have great love and respect for the Phil Hartman/Dana Carvey/Jan Hooks/Nora Dunn/Kevin Nealon era cast, it all could have ended after the first cast disintegrated and it would be fine.
Saturday Night has had only bad shows, they have had bad decades.
