KrAZ-256B1, modified for work near the Chernobyl reactor after the disaster in 1984. The driver cab has 3 tons of lead installed in it.
Eighteen KrAZ-256B1s were modified in this fashion to haul radioactive debris during the cleanup. After the cleanup was concluded, they were buried in
Burakovka village.
