I know we’re all reblogging for the lols but a genuine reminder for those with bad social anxiety like me-
If it’s not in a written contract nor was it ever a requirement in the job, you don’t have to give a a two week noticed ESPECIALLY if the job in question is super toxic.
Yes giving a two week notice is polite and considerate, but really most employers are lucky to get any notice let alone a two week one so
Tldr:
You can 100% quit a job like this with little to no consequence
Just don’t include these previous employers as a reference
